We are in San Marco dei Cavoti, province of Benevento, where artisanal pastry delights are made following historical recipes, handed down from father to son, from grandfather to grandson, custodians of authentic flavors and aromas unchanged over time.

Here, in 1981, grandfather Innocenzo began to produce these delicious nougats to which he gave the name of Baci, literally "kisses".
