MACKEREL FILLETS IN EXTRA VERGINE OLIVE OIL
It is a mackerel of extraordinary sweetness and roundness. Thanks to a very short fIliera, fished off the coast of South Eastern Sicily and processed directly on site in the plant where the Masculina da Magghia anchovies are processed. Mackerel fillets, compact but soft, of a beautiful bright pink color.
The light and clean smell testifies to the great quality of the raw material, then immersed in a fruity and delicate oil that enhances and completes the product, giving it a complex, evolved and elegant flavor in its spectacular simplicity.
