NOCCIÒLIN- HAZELNUT NATURAL LIQUEUR
Piedmont IGP hazelnut natural liqueur from the Langhe. Hazelnuts are cultivated ina small family farm in Diano d'Alba and therefore directly used for this amazing liquer.
The hazelnuts are harvested in August and left to dry in the sun, to then undergo a delicate roasting. They are then macerated in alcohol in order to extract all their aroma.
It is a natural product, no flavors are added (both natural or artificial) and the veiled appearance is due to the natural oils.
It is the only hazelnut liqueur recognized by the Langhe IGP Piedmont hazelnut consortium
Perfect to drink straight after a meal or with an ice cube. Also great to be mixed in cocktails and is crazy added to coffee!
COLOUR: HAZELNUT BROWN, SLIGHTLY HAZE.
SCENT: ROASTED HAZELNUT FRAGRANCE.
TASTE: PURITY HAZELNUT THAT DOESN'T NEED A DESCRIPTION, SOFT, HARMONIOUS.
