Bianco di Morgante is a white wine obtained from the vinification of red grapes of Nero D'Avola, Sicily.

Soft golden with slight greenish reflections, it has the typical tannic texture of a red accompanied by balanced acidity, a fruity trail and a persistent finish.

Alcohol content: 13,5%

Pairing: Bianco di Morgante is perfect with risotto, seafood and fish dishes. Ideally served chilled.
