The products purchased on the website www.sodeste.com will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure. The order processing times are provided purely as an indication, they do not in any case represent a contractual obligation, and could lengthen depending on the number of requests. In case of absence of the customer at the time of delivery, a notice will be left and the customer will have to personally contact the courier as soon as possible in order to agree on the delivery methods. No responsibility can be attributed to Sodeste di S.B in case of delay in the fulfillment of the order or in the delivery of the order (art.1510 C.C.) In case of delivery of the damaged and visible from the outside product, it is necessary to accept the goods with reserve from the courier and then promptly communicate to our customer service by sending a related email of photographs to support@sodeste.com. In the event that it is damaged when opening the package, it is necessary to document with photos and send to the email support@sodeste.com requesting intervention. In this case, all costs are borne by us. From time to time we will decide whether to send a whole new supply or supplement it only for damaged products.
You can view the transport costs on the cart page after adding the products you want to purchase. The cost of shipping is free for orders over € 69 in Italy and over € 89 in Europe till 10 kg. Shipping costs for orders over 10 kg will be starting from 11€ adding 1 euro for every kg in addiction.
ITALY: shipping fee € 7 up to € 68.99 per order.
EUROPE: shipping fee €9 up to € 88.99 per order for the following countries:

Delivery times, once parcels have left our warehouse, are 24/48 hours in Italy and 48/72 in Europe.
In the start up phase, we are going to deliver only once per week.
For delivery of orders we use TNT and FEDEX couriers, according to the area to be reached and the best services offered and according to the customer's needs, respecting the quality of the product sent. We recommend that you leave your phone number in your personal information, in order to use the couriers' pre delivery message service.
